Koerner’s stands as your versatile wedding venue in Vancouver, offering an interior capacity of 183 and a spacious two-level patio, perfect for wedding receptions. We can comfortably host over 300 guests, making us the ideal choice for wedding venues in Vancouver.

Our weddings vary in size, ranging from intimate gatherings with about 50 guests to grand celebrations accommodating up to 150 attendees. Our flexibility ensures we can cater to events of all sizes, from small wedding locations in Vancouver to larger wedding places in Vancouver.

Our comprehensive bar services cater to your every need. From an open bar to drink tickets, we offer diverse bar arrangements. However, kindly note that we do not allow outside alcohol, in compliance with our status as a liquor primary establishment.
RENTALS & DECOR
We've streamlined the rental process for couples with our preferred contract with a rental company. You have the freedom to bring your desired decor to personalize our event spaces. Our dedicated staff can handle setup and takedown, or you can take charge of the arrangements. Keep in mind that all elements must be removed on the night of the event.
RATES
Our venue rental fee is competitively priced at $2500, with a minimum catering spend requirement of $7500, inclusive of the bar, before tax and gratuity. Achieving this minimum spend is straightforward, ensuring affordable wedding venues in Vancouver for your special day. If you wish to include our charming garden ceremony space, there's a flat fee of $750, offering the flexibility to use it as you see fit.

PROCESS & PAYMENT
Our meticulous wedding planning process begins with an initial in-person meeting, allowing us to deeply understand your preferences. We'll then provide you with a comprehensive draft proposal. Should you decide to proceed and secure your date, a $500 deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. We'll work closely with you to refine the details, including arranging a delightful tasting session to ensure your expectations are met.
Six months before your Vancouver wedding, a 50% deposit will be charged, followed by an additional 25% due one month before the wedding.
